Vintage Handmade Woven Pankha – Multicolour Traditional Hand Fan

This striking vintage handmade pankha showcases the charm of traditional Indian domestic craftsmanship.

The fan is constructed in a broad geometric form and decorated with tightly arranged multicolour woven elements in shades of green, red, orange, white, yellow, blue and deep purple. The centre features a bold concentric geometric motif, while the surrounding borders are finished with repeated angular patterns that create a strong visual rhythm.

Around the outer edge is a gathered multicoloured textile frill, adding softness and decorative character to the structured woven body.

The reverse side also carries the woven construction and colourful detailing, allowing the craftsmanship of the piece to be appreciated from different angles.
