A rare and beautifully preserved vintage Indian devotional print titled “DHRUBA NARAYAN,” presenting a serene religious composition of Lord Narayan/Krishna with the young devotee Dhruva in an idyllic forest landscape.
The blue-skinned divine figure is shown richly adorned with a peacock-feather crown, yellow garments and prayer beads, while the young devotee sits closely beside him holding flowers in devotion. A flute resting in the background, the woodland setting and the calm expression of the figures give the image an intimate and deeply devotional character.
One of the most important features of this example is the survival of its original printed publishing information, which considerably strengthens its historical and collector interest.

Brass is actually an alloy, not a pure metal. It’s a combination of copper and zinc, and the proportions of these metals determine the colour and properties of the brass. Known for its durability and resistance to corrosion, brass has been used for centuries in everything from musical instruments to household items. Using brass utensils can impart a subtle metallic taste to food, enhancing its flavour profile.
