This impressive collection consists of five old traditional hookah bases, originally made to serve as the lower water reservoir of a classic Indian hookah.
Each base features a distinctive bulbous form with a wide stable foot, raised central neck and side fitting characteristic of traditional hookah construction. The different shapes, proportions and metallic tones make this group especially attractive when displayed together.
The pieces retain their original aged patina, surface marks, oxidation and signs of previous use, preserving the authentic appearance developed over many years.
With their sculptural forms and historic character, these antique hookah bases are now equally suited as heritage collectibles, decorative pots and statement interior décor pieces.

Brass is actually an alloy, not a pure metal. It’s a combination of copper and zinc, and the proportions of these metals determine the colour and properties of the brass. Known for its durability and resistance to corrosion, brass has been used for centuries in everything from musical instruments to household items. Using brass utensils can impart a subtle metallic taste to food, enhancing its flavour profile.
