RETURN, REFUND, AND SHIPPING POLICIES

The unique antique collection tries to ensure that every interaction with our customers is seamless. Handmade and antique products may have some minute imperfections in terms of colors, paint, texture, and finish. They also vary in shapes and sizes which is what makes them unique.

  • As a policy, we do not offer returns or refunds on products that are delivered in good condition as per the order received. However, we are open to offering a return, refund, or re-fulfillment of your order, in case if a product is wrongly delivered (the product does not match the item in your order) or if it was damaged during shipping. Most of our products/items are unique hence available in single-piece quantities. We ensure the item is available at the time of purchase and also guarantee a full refund in case if any problem occurs in its availability.
  • Products offered in the sale cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Our estimated shipping time is 5-7 working days or depending on the location. If our shipping partner fails to deliver after 3 attempts because of a wrong/incomplete delivery address or the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, returns and refunds will not be applicable.
    Please note that all orders during the lockdown period can only be shipped if postal services are functioning.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Unique Antique Collection is not responsible for delays or parcels held back by Customs.
